Geology is the natural science, which investigates, through the exact and basic (Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry) and all its tools, the natural environment of the planet interacting with biology in several aspects. Geology and biology are the natural sciences that allow us to know our habitat and, in conesequence, and act with responsibly on human activities like occupation, use and control of the materials and natural phenomena.
